Description
The figure of the Nazca Spider against a background of starry outer space. Nazca lines are one of the greatest mysteries of archeology, history, anthropology and many other related sciences. Who could have created them? What was their purpose? Who were they made for? Scientists have continued to argue about this since the discovery of the Nazca lines in the early 20th century, when airplanes began to fly over the Nazca plateau and people were able to see giant geoglyphs (the size of the spider is approximately 154 feet long (47 meters) and 102 feet wide (31 meters)) drawn on the surface of the earth. Various scientists see them as ritual images, astronomical instruments, prehistoric art, or even landmarks for space aliens who used Nazca as a cosmodrome.
