Artist's Description

"Stupid is not the one who does not know, but the one who does not want to know." - Hryhorii Skovoroda.
Hryhorii Skovoroda (1722-1794) - an outstanding Ukrainian philosopher-mystic, theologian, poet, polyglot, and teacher, he made a significant contribution to East Slavic culture. Some call Hryhorii Skovoroda the first hippie in the world. Indeed, his worldview, philosophy of happiness, and philosophy of the heart were related to the views of the first hippies of the 60s in the USA.
